sidekick 3

Question Posted Thursday August 30 2007, 2:00 pm

Ok so I have a sidekick 3 and its prepaid which means I have no monthly plan or bills and it got really messed up

The scrolling ball is no longer where it should be and I have to use the left side to scroll up or down side to side and I already tried bringing it to the place where I bought it and they said they can't do anything about it and instead told me to take it somewhere else so now what can I do??? Where can I take it to get fixed and how much will it cost???

If there's nothing you can do to fix it, call customer service. The phone number should be on your sidekick 3 box.
