okay i am so out of shape. ive never been in shape but i cant run for beans. i can only jump rope. would it be okay for me to do one hour of jump rope per day? to lose weight?

You should try doing 50 jumping jacks every night, then after a while push you self to 60, then 70. You can try doing crunches, I do 100 everynight, it helps a lot. You should definatly start jogging thought, running helps get you into shape a lot! even if you run for 15 minutes, if you run everyday for 15 minutes, after a while you will be able to run longer.
