hey ppl.. i need your helpp badly! please
anyway so here it is!!!!
my school starts real soon about a week nd some days.. anyway i really wanna lose weight im "average" but i have a stomache and i gotbig legs well the exercise stuff is easy i got tht covered up i did lose wieght because of my exersicing but The prob is is that i dunt kno how to stop my cravings i get hungry so much please help me:!!! i really need it

haha. throw away your junk food. and then just whenever your hungry, eat vegtables. =) or even try a sandwich with lettece,egg,carrot, etc.

I sugggest you go to the store where they sell videos,buy the ones where it contains various ones with different exercises like the girls next door who demonstrate them,people who are already professionals,you choose,workout at your home which will be much easier,go on a strict diet,have someone help you to avoid you from eating,eat once in a while if you can or not everytime you get hungry eat a granola bar or I have another idea I have something else I recommend you should take nutrition drinks daily which will make you clean your system,burn the fat,at first it makes you dizzy but the next day you drink them you will feel better it's called the "nutrition club", the club helps a lot,you can order them too.
