I just got a new laptop and I have iTunes installed on my computer and everything, but is there anyway I can get my old playlists, album artwork and stuff back?

Go to this site and download Music Rescue.
It's free and all you have to do is plug your iPod in, and it will start downloading all the music,playlists..etc onto a folder in your computer (which you can choose)

It works really well, I had to use that. The only negative thing is that every 100 or 50 songs you have to keep clicking ''no'' as it stops downloading music, and asks you whether you would like to buy the program. It took about 15 minutes to download 900 songs off my iPod.

Sorry that this was long..but it should help :)
