Lately, I have been waking up with a sore back and legs. I find this odd, because I don't go to bed with sore anything, and Im only a teenager. I exercise but not vigoriously so I don't see why I should be in pain. Does anyone know what could cause this and how to prevent it?
wisewoman98 answered Wednesday August 29 2007, 10:03 am: your problem could be that you need a better mattresse. or it might be that you need a better sleeping pattern. if your body is still tired when you wake up it will feel sore and want to keep relaxing. try going to bed at the same time every night and waking up at the same time. make sure you can get a good 8 hours of sleep in. if this doesnt help after a few weeks, maybe try looking for a new mattresse.
