If you can't find what you want in the store, It's super easy to rip your own jeans, I've done it a couple times. you can make the rips where ever and however big you want.
all you need is a shape knife or blade of some sort, and just shave the denim....
I'm not sure the best way to explain, but you just rub the knife on the jeans(pretty hard) and it will end up making a whole in the demin that looks like what you'd buy at a store (with the white horizontal fibers)
it works best with older jeans that are already worn in.

Ooh, i love skinny jeans!
I usually purchase my skinny jeans @ wet seal,
Pac Sun, Zumiez, Forever 21, Abercrombie & Fitch,
and occasionally Hollister! They all have pretty
okay prices, and most of them have rips or faded
lines on them if thats what you like!
