okay, so my parents went out for about an hour so far 30 minutes. i then decided to wahs my hair, but i was too lazy to get into the shower to wash since i had to take my clothes off, etc. and i take at least 30 minutes or so. and then i used the sink. so then when i washed, i used shampoo, etc. when i was done,i thought my hair was fine, i thought i rinsed it right, but then later, i felt my hair ( before i dryed), it felt kinda slipepry. KINDA. so i thought it might have been my hands nowi dryed it. and my eye feels stingyy. it looks like as if i just finished crying. but is it okay if you have a bit conditioner on your hair? is there something wrong with my eye?!? thanks.

The problem is, you dont want to leave conditioner too long or you can get scalp irritation and your scalp may become flaky. So I suggest a leave-in conditioner if you wish to leave it in long.
As for your eye, its very normal and probably just the result of getting some conditioner or shampoo in your hair. Rinse your eye out frequently with water and it will be back to normal within a couple hours.

It burns really bad pretty sure that's what your problem is with that. It's ok to have a bit conditioner in your hair just not too much or it will look & feel gross. I recommend just getting a leave-in-conditioner.
