guitar i bought at ebay...hasnt come yet!

i bought a guitar in ebay and is ent the payment on august 3 and its already august 22 and i havent recieved it yet. they said that i should recieev it in 2 weeks after i payed it and thats been a long time ago. i decided to wait becuase i bought the acoustic guitar from a store so maybe theyre busy or something. and i didnt get the track number or anything im so worried im afraid that it might be a fraud. my mom told me not to buy it because she thinks it might be a fraud so if it is im getting in trouble. what should i do?

well i think you should email or call up the main person on ebay and tell him/her your situation and is the person who was selling the guiter still on it if you have any information on that person give it to who ever you email and if it really is fraud and they dont know who the person is ask for the money back!!
