I just got my eyebrows waxed and now my skin is swelling and red. how can I make the swelling go down by tomorrow? also, the lady from the salon took out a lot of hair. do I just need to wait for it to grow back?

On that site it says that moisturizer can be used to ease the swelling & redness, but I think you should only do that if it's been a day or two. Leave it go & see what happens. If it's still there or still bothering you, you should check with the lady from the salon who did it & ask her what you can do about it.
