CAn Microdermabrasion remove freckles from my face (Not all, just a few prominent ones that I have...)

No, it wont remove freckles unfortunatly.
wear sunscreen year round so they don't get darker. <3

Microdermabrasion can't remove freckles. It gives you healthier revitalised glowing skin.
Although the results appear quickly, they also disappear quite quickly so the process has to be carried out at least once to twice a month. The treatment has also been reported to cause stinging and irritation with some reports stating that within the first few days of usage, whitehead breakouts and skin flaking.

no. nothing is going to remove freckles at all. the best you can do is get a good cover-up like Mary Kay Full-Coverage Concealer. you only have to use a tiny tiny amount and it will cover up any freckles or blemishes you have. also freckles fade in the winter when you arent out in the sun as much.
