Can't Sleep!!! Ok, for the last couple of days i have not been able to sleep for at least an hour+! Which is so weird because i normally go to sleep pretty quickly. like 15 min. Duirng school i got to sleep in like a min. because i have to wake up at 5:30am and do so much and stay up late w/homework but since i still have a week or summer i don't want to waste it trying to sleep! then sleeping in late! could it be because im worried about something? probably school! :P If anyone has any suggestions to help me fall asleep quick that would be soo helpful! I always follow routinue and stuff too. Thanx! And i always rate! :D ♥♥♥♥♥

Okay, well yo want to go to bed early to wake up early. Try not to drink too much caffeine after lunch. Before bed, do something relaxing: take a bubble bath, read, listen to music, anything along those lines. If this still doesn't help, there are different kinds of teas that help people fall asleep

i used to have tons of sleeping problems. whenever i got stresses out, even for the littlest reason, i would lie awake for hours. you are most likley just stressed out about starting school. try counting to 100 in your head very, very, very slowly. also if you just lay with your eyes open for about 10 minutes it will make you sleepy. another trick is try reading for awhile laying in bed. if you get a headache or anything, put a warm washcloth over your eyes. ]
