Hey.

Are you resizing your picture in paint CORRECTLY?

Open Paint.
Open your picture.
Go under 'Image' at the top.
Find 'Stretch/Skew'.
Type in a size for horizontal and vertical LARGER than 100- so try 200. Then 110, then 110 again, until you get it to the size you desire.
Save your picture to your computer in a file easily found.

Then go to www.tinypic.com [I'm assuming its easier than any other picture hosting site]. Then click 'Browse' next to the upload box. Find your saved picture. Click it. Click 'Upload'. Then it will give a URL in the bottom box. Copy it. Go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) and next to the "URL of a picture of you:" paste the URL.

Go to the bottom of the page and click "Submit".

Then go to your column and view it =D.
