ok so i have a couple questions..
1) how do i know if i am clinicly depressed or just sad and miserable often?
2) is being 13 years old and weighing 134 unhealthy? even if i am active all year round. btw im 5'8
3) if the answer to number 2 is yes i am unhealthy what can i do to become healthier?
4) is there a possible way to make your matabolism become faster?
5) is it strange that i have nearly A cups when im 134 lbs?
6) how can i make my boobs grow?
7) should i have my period if im 13? is something wrong because i dont?

1) you might just be having a sad time in your life were you're upset alot, if you think you're seriously depressed then you'll think of sucide& if that happens then tell your mom/dad/ or a counselor because you might need real help.
2) no, you're perfectly normal- espically for being 5"8. don't worry about all the girls that are 90 pounds, it's disgusting& if you're cuddling with a guy he won't want to feel bones, he'll want something to hold onto.
3) if you want to be healthier just start counting calories and eating salads and yogerts- lay off the chips and whatnot.
4) no, you're born with it.
5) no, your breasts just haven't delovped yet, they're not done growing until you're in your early twenties, so you don't need to even worry about that yet. :)
6) you can't, they will mature when the times right.
7) people get their periods at different times, I got mine at 13 when my mom got hers at 16, it's all about the girl- ask your mom when she got hers because it's possible that you'll get yours around the same age due to genetics, but you also might not, but it's nice to have a idea. :) ]
