my hair is seriously falling out, and i think im making it worse by stressing over it, but i really cant help it because i cant be bald at only 15...does anyone know how to stop or anything i can do at home to help it grow back and longer? any tips are useful. thanx in advance.

If you wear your hair in a ponytail alot, stop. A ponytail causes poor circulation on your head therefore causing your hair to fall out. Its okay to wear one every now and then, just not all the time.
Also, your hair will start falling out when it is in need of a trim. Try having your dead ends cut off.
To make your hair grow back longer, I recommend that you use Mane 'N Tail. Its orignally shampoo for horses but you can buy the kind for people at Wal Mart. I've used it and it makes your hair grow back alot faster than what it would without using it.
