sleeping habbits 15/m/uk
right im in desperate need of help. i cannot sleep and its effecting everything. im always moody because of it and im always getting realy stressed i always feel worn out aswel.
please dont say anything stupid like you dont do enough exercise because i do a hell of alot more then most people i train every night.whenever i feel tired at about 11 o clock i try to go to sleep but then have a massive energy spurt and cant go to sleep till say 6 in the morning. when i do try to go to sleep i cant because my mind just wonders. does anyone have any ideas on hw i cn go to sleep i even went 5 days without sleeping then triied to go to sleep at 11 and that didnt even work please some one help.

You may have insomnia which is a sleeping disorder that keeps you up at night & doesn't allow you to sleep for days, and sometimes weeks at a time.
Nobody here can diagnose you with that though, so you need to see a doctor. Anymore information about insomnia or ways to fall asleep can be googled.

i'm not like an expert or anything but maybe when you get tose spurts you could try like sitting down, closing your eyes and take like deep breaths, maybe after that your evergy won't be so high.
or go to a docter, you could possibly have insomnia.
