start hanging out with him! next time you see him, give him a big hug, and tell him how cute he looks. also flirt, laugh at his jokes, and smile ALOT :] that way, your not telling a guy you like him directly, but that your attracted to him. if you feel uncomfortable calling him up and asking to chill, have one of you friends plan a group get together, and have them invite him. goodluck!
