i need to loose 10lbs.

Question Posted Sunday August 12 2007, 8:34 pm

i need advice on how to loose 10lbs in two weeks.
don't tell me that it "isn't" healthy to loose it within that amount of time. i lost 20lbs in a month and when i got off the diet, i kept it off.
any diet plan // excersise plan is appreciated.

-- thanks.

well, I was on a cheerleading team, & to get really in shape we would do situps, crunches, snap-v's, pushups, & run on treadmills. we ususally did 100 of each thing each day & ran the treadmill for 45 minutes everyday.
good luck!

hope this helped!

I have another tip.

When you eat meals, instead of using large dinner plates, use a smaller plate.

Appetite is related to sight.

When you have your plate, and you're putting your food on it, you feel like you have to fill it.

So, if you have a smaller plate, you'll have less food, but you'll still be full.

It's psychological.
