To make your eyes look bigger, some say you can put white eyeliner on the inside and outside corners of your eyes and then put your regular darker liner over it. Also, if you put eyeshadow on the right way, you're eyes can pop. Get an eyeshadow that has three colors. Light, medium, and dark.
1. Invest in a eyeshadow brush and put the medium color (which is usually still pretty light) on the entire lid. Don't pile it on, just brush it over the lid.
2. Take the dark color and put it on the lower lid from the outside in. From outside to inside the dark color should get lighter.
3. Brush the lightest color right under your eyebrow to the right under the arch. That little glow just adds a little something to your eyes.
4. Finally, take a big brush like you use to put on powder or bronzer and brush it over your eyelids a few times to get rid of any loose shadow and make sure the colors aren't too dark.
