. i got a used computer and the person who had it before me like went to porn websites and its just gross. and when i typed "teen" because i was looking for websites for teens, all this stuff about naked girls/guys came up, so how do i make it go away, i have an apple laptop. i reset safari and i cleared the cookies and stuff but how do i make that stuff like not show up when i search anymore?
Helpful answered Saturday August 11 2007, 3:14 pm: I've had this problem before. Ugh. Anyway, there's a button, I think it's under bookmarks or history. It says "clear history" click on it and that should solve your problem... I thik that it deletes the memory of ever going to those websites. Also, If you google search, next to the search bar is an underlined "preferences". Click on it and you can choose a safesearch where anything sexually explicit won't usually show up in the search. Hope I helped! [ Helpful's advice column | Ask Helpful A Question ]
