okay. well i have liked this guy for about a year now. he's my best guy friend. at school we are ALWAYS together. our friends always tease us telling us we're the best couple of the year. i have even had people who i didn't know ask if we were going out or tell me that we were a really cute couple. then in febuary my friend asked him out. she didn't know i liked him though. it was real weird because he saw me alot more than her but yet they were still going out. well, in march they finally broke up and he was crushed. then after a week or so he was fine. after they broke up it seemed as thought we were becoming a little more than friends. he started walking me to classes and things like that. then at one of the dances he was real shy and didn't talk to me until halfway through the dance. he came over was about to say something but then my friend came up and started talking to me. before i knew it he was gone! i asked him the next day what he was going to say but he wouldn't tell me. we just became coming closer and closer. then this summer he called me. at first i really thought he was going to ask me out but at the last moment he asked me if i would ask my friend(the one who he had already gone out with)to go out with him again. i was absolutely crushed. i had never once felt the same way about a guy before. i love him. so i was being a nice friend and asked the girl if she would go out with him. she said no and i was kind of happy. i saw him for the first time this summer at the pool and we talked just like where we left off at the end of school. he still acted like he liked me.
so basically i want to know what to do. ask him out? let things run their coarse. or just be friends?
