today i was working out at the gym...i had done some weights and i got onto the tredmil to run and i started to walk at a brisk pace and the left side of my chest felt like it siezed up and i dont know if it was a muscle twitich but it looked like i could see my heart on the side of my chest and it as beating like crazy and i felt like i was going to pass out and my let arm went numb and my hand cramped up...i rested for quite a bit ,sat down and then had some water and went outside and got some air....it i am still feeling kind of faint and my hand is still cramping and my chest feels like if i breath to hard or in to much ( like a deep breath) it will do this again?? any ideas what this could be?/

None of us are doctors here & those symptoms seem serious. I would suggest going to the cardiologist. You probably should have went to the ER to get checked out. Those symptoms most likely deal with your heart & blood pressure. Obviously you were exercising, so you could've pushed yourself too far. You should take a break from exercising until you go see a doctor. If you really want to exercise, maybe do light jogging or walk at a brisk pace. You should probably avoid weights for a few days, just until you know what happened. If you feel any worse, you should go to the ER though. Those symptoms are not ones you leave alone & not get checked out. It seems like you just over-did it.
