ok theres this song called fer sure.
and i wanted to know what this means:

Fer sure maybe, fer sure not, fer sure eh, fer sure bomb.

please tell/help me!!

I think the person above answered the question well. It sounds like the person's indecisive like he's thinking, "For sure, maybe, maybe not, for sure?, for sure!" The person sounds not entirely sure of a decision and is going over his/her options.
