sorry

Question Posted Thursday August 2 2007, 6:22 pm

Yes, I am sorry. You are right. My hair is not damaged, though. It's perfect and healthy. Thank you so much for the advice that you gave me, though! I really appreciate it! It's just that my hair is like naturally straight but like some in the front waves and it looks really bad. So, I started to straighten it. I used a straightener from wal mart that says it gets to 375 degrees(no it did not.). Then my sister bought a Chi straightener and I used that for like the last month of school. Since I did that, does it mean that my hair will be ruined in the future? And can I still straighten it or do Ineed to stop?

No problem, and you're welcome.
I think (in my opinion) that your hair will become damaged in the future because of this, so it's up to you if you would like to continue doing it or stopping it. See, it's kind of like skin damage from the sun. You may be tan now and looking great, but get too much sun -- and when you get older you're going to look like one cooked chica. Sounds funny the way I put it, but it is true.
