heyyy.... i am going on holidayy sooon and i am pretty sure that i am going to be on my period then and we where planning on just chilling out in the swimming poool and that is where the problem occurs i havent tried wearing a tampon before and dont realii won't to, is there anyway i cann
goinng in the swimmin gpool without where an tampon.please reply asap as im going on holiday soon ad reliying on you thank you

You really don't have to wear a tampon or anything else while your in the water. Your period will pretty much stop because of the water pressure on your body. Then, when you get out of the water, usually it starts back up almost a few minutes or so after. So when you get out make sure to put on a pad as soon as you can and you'll be fine.
