Leave a majority of your bangs out(straighten them then curl SLIGHTLY on the end) Then put the rest of your hair in a High pony tail. Then use a somewhat small curling iron and curl random strands on the top portion of your pony tail. and use a slightly bigger one and curl the rest of the curls on the bottom portion.

do you mean the hairstyle?
if you do then i think all she did was put it up in a ponytail and curl the ends of the ponytail. then she left her bangs out in the front.
it looks pretty simple, but since i can't see the back of her hair i can't really tell for sure how she has it.
