i really like this girl and we have been doing alot together lately and we are really comfortable around each other but i dont know if i should ask her out because i asked her before through a friend if i asked her out would she say yes, she said we havent connected deep enough like being able to tell each other secrets and such things but now we have and i just need help with it because im very confused

Well, do you feel like she likes you? That is the real question. I can't tell you how a girl feels about you, all I can do is point you towards things. SO is she flirting with you? Do you feel there is a connection between you? Have you ever kissed? Is there physical contact between you two? At the end of the day you should just ask her out when you feel like she might say yes. Base this on how she acts towards you and chances are you'll know if it is right to ask her out. If she was merely worried about not being close enough before and you are now though then maybe it is the right time to go for it. I just cannot tell from such little information.
