iPod Shuffle Generation 1

Question Posted Wednesday August 1 2007, 9:51 am

I have an iPod shuffle and I try to turn the iPod on and the green light continually glows and doesn't turn off. What am I doing wrong? Also, no buttons work while this is occuring. Thanks for all help!

on the back it should have a on and off switch or button. if it doesn't you should try and read the
directions that came with the ipod
