problems with sex

Well, I would start with oral sex. This will get you closer, so you won't be in her as long. Since she is not having any trouble reaching orgasm, less time in her won't be a problem for her.
Next, use more lubricant. Sounds like you may have a friction problem. Start out slow, don't penetrate completely for a bit. She will relax, loosening up and making more room for you.
If you still have pain after sex after a while of trying these things (give it a while. She may just be too tight for you, but time and more sex will loosen things up a bit), you may want to check with a doctor. My opinion is that if you have pain you shouldn't be having and you have tried all you can, it can't hurt to see a doctor. If something is wrong, you'll know. If there is nothing wrong, you will be reassured.
