how do i find out

Question Posted Tuesday July 31 2007, 4:51 am

There is a girl who i think is agnoring me because one of my friends told her that i like her. I have gave more than enough hints that i like her but i have not received any hints back yet(that i cant tell) I am 14 and she is like 15(her name is Justine). We go to the same school, party together, talk sometimes at school and after hockey games. We get along just fine. Her friends are good friends of mine as well and i don't want to just go straight out and ask her if she likes me because she is at that age where if one guy askes her out and she rejects him then she has to go and tell everyone and she might not want to be just friends after because i like her so much. Is she just telling me that she just wants to be friends??

The best advice that I could give to you is to just talk to her. If you're worried about her telling everyone, ask her to please just keep what is said between you and her.

If she really cares about you and is a good person, she will respect your decision to keep your conversations and thoughts secret.

If she does end up telling the whole world that she rejected you and whatnot, then I wouldn't be worried about not being friends with her, because then she doesn't seem like a good friend. Don't fret about it if she does tell, just think of it as an opportunity to know that you are now free of her and can move on without her...

If you need anymore help, just ask. :)
