weaves

Question Posted Monday July 30 2007, 11:15 pm

I saw an answer that you gave another girl about hair extensions. You said that your black(do you get offended when people say your black?lol i never know, and i dont want to offend anyone), and most black people get weaves. Why is that? Do black people have thinner hair or something?

thanks=]!

oh and by the way, i love your name=]. it just so happens to be mine too=]

:]
and some people do and some people don't get mad when you call them black. but most would prefer aferican american but i really don't care lol. well the reason why most black people get weaves is cause 1 most have really really coarse hair, and 2 it's very short. weaves give black people to fit into the mainstream image of women, long hair and straight, which a weave gives them with a relaxer too, unless it is a full head weave. if theres anymore you wanna know then just ask
:]

and i love your name too lol
