planning family vacation
So my family & all of our relatives want to plan a huge family vacation. The ages range from 7-67 so there's a big range. We are planning on going next year during the summer. We all live in Rhode Island and we don't wanna go to far and we have 1 person who won't go on a plane. We MIGHT be able to do a cruise, we're not sure everyone can afford it. We're looking for somewhere with nice beaches, shopping centers, and possibly an amusement park. We've already done New Hampshire and Massachusetts. If you know of any good vacation spots not to far away (nothing like California or Florida) then please let me know. =] If you could describe them that would be great.

Umm.. I was thinking in Illinois there is Six Flags (amusement park) and close to it is Wisconsin and theres Wisconsin Dells (water park) and in Indiana and Michigan there are some great beaches! It could kinnda be a all around thing and there all close together! In Chicago, Illinois there are beaches, shopping centers, Navie Pier, and it's a tourist place so... well I can't think of any other things that are kinda close ,but hope I helped!
