download a photoshop program

do you know where i can download a program where i can make my pictures look better, like a photoshop program but i wanna download it for free
any ideas please?

Try going on google and just type "Photo editors", you should get a bunch to download.
Some of my favorites are GIMP, Picasa, and Photo Tool Kit. There easy to download and free.

GIMP is probably the most advanced of the three and lets you change colors of different parts of the photo.

Photo Tool Kit makes it easy to get rid of unwanted blemishes or skin discolorations.

Lastly, Picasa is great for changing the resolution, contrast, shadowing, fill light, and main light of the photo.
