Okay ima 14/f and i have been with my guy for a year and everyday he said he loved me but just a second ago he broke up with me for no apparent reason. Like he was all its not you its me wich is like the cheesey-est break up line ever. and i found this really un-fair but then again life isn't fair. I was wondering how do i get out of the sad stage?
Thanks in advance.

i'm 16 & i was madly in love with my boyfriend, whom i had been with for nearly 2 years & then he all of a sudden broke up with me.
it's been near 7 months since the breakup & i still miss him & nearly truly got out of that sad stage.
i don't want you to go through the same thing.
you're 14, you should be out having fun.
you have so much of your life to live.
don't let one guy get to you. there are going to be so many more to come & go, trust me. i know from experience.
it's okay to miss him, because he was part of your life for a long time, but just give it time.
time heals all wounds. it's hard, very.
and it'll take you a while before you truly let go, but everything will be okay.
& you never know, you may be one of those lucky girls who actually get their ex back. [ karisue's advice column | Ask karisue A Question ]
yourrtrustyhelpline answered Friday July 27 2007, 1:19 am: just take your time. there's no way to just all of a sudden not be sad. you can do things to take your mind off it, but it's still gonna take time. it's best if you talk to close friends or siblings about it, it might be a little easier having support from others. some people find the time passes faster if they find a rebound, that's always an option. just keep having fun, don't let the sad stage get to you. if you keep finding yourself sad, ask him what breaking up with you was all about, get the truth out of him, you might just want some closure.
