color on a black & white picture

i have Adobe Imageready CS2 and Photofiltre, and i was wondering if i can make one of those pictures where the picture is black & white, but there's parts of it that's colored, on these programs. if so, can somebody please tell me how. thanks.

I dont know , but I have picsa and it does. so if Adobe doesnt have it . download picsa from google, its free ( :

i do not have adobe or photofiltre, but i do have picassa2. and you can do that on it, and its called focal black and white. its a great program and free. its by google, so if you want it, go to google and type in picassa 2. and then yeah. you will see it.

but if you only want those two programs, i cant help. sorry! =/
