If you're using windows SP2 or Vista, go to start, then run. Type:

firewall.cpl

and press ok. You can easily turn it on there. If you're using an earlier version of windows, you need to download one separately. First check that you don't have one running. Most paid antivirus applications come with one, and it's usually turned on by default. If you're sure you don't(NEVER run two firewalls at once), read my firewall guide and choose a good one(ZoneAlarm or COMODO):

You'll need to tell us which Operating system (Which Windows) you're using, and if you have a firewall installed on your computer already.

Either update your question or ask me the question directly :)
