truthfully, i'm not very sure what to tell you.
is it that he loses his erection completely? or he gets off too fast?
during sex, a lot of male's penises go soft while they are inside of the vagina but it's still enough to keep going. that's usually just a sign of an orgasm.
if a guy gets off once, it's a lot harder to get him 'turned on' again, than it is for a girl.
try a lot of foreplaying to make sure he's really, really horny, and then go for the sex.
tell him to relax & to not be so nervous because you guys should be comfortable around eachother.

try to keep his interest peaked, he may just be the type to not stay horny very long.

just keep trying & don't give up.
but truthfully, if this happens everytime he might need to visit a doctor.
