Nail polish stain in coach purse!

So i accidently dropped my nail polish on my brand new coach purse, and i tryed to get it out with nail polish remover, didnt work. it got on the handle which is off white, and its water proof. So what can i do to make it go away? oh and its to late to return it =[

if its nail polish try scratching it off with a penny, also tide to go pens, it got nail polish off my shoes.
