well im not sure exactly where you can get it, but here are some stores that have cute bags and maybe something similar to that one.
check: macys, forever 21, steve madden, aldo, lohemans, sometimes t.j. maxx, bloomingdales, uhm maybe kenneth cole? [not sure how to spell it] and maybe GUESS.
hope i helped a bit, check those stores they should have really cute bags and the bag in the picture, im not 100% sure, but you might find something similar. =]

aldo has them but there kinda expensive.
