Washing hair

Question Posted Tuesday July 24 2007, 2:33 pm

I read that you said that you're only supposed to wash your hair every other day. Is this true? Is it bad that I wash my hair every morning? By the way- I'm a guy.

Thanks for asking to my inbox! Not many people do , so thanks!

- If you wash it every morning, it causes buildup of grease, and oils- which are bad for your hair if there is too much. If you take a shower every morning , then you can get your hair wet, just do not apply shampoo. So, wash it every other day:]

Thanks for the inbox!
