Someone asked it on yahoo, and the song is called "if you see me." On there they said that it is only available for commercials, but that you could listen to the whole song at this site:

When you need song names, go to www.google.com & type in some of the lyrics + the world lyrics. But I don't think you have the right lyrics, because nothing is popping up for those lyrics.
