at what rate does hair grow? because I cut mine about 2 weeks ago, and it hasn't grown since then and I'm getting a little worried because it has to grow out past my shoulders by september. right now it just barely touches them.

Im pretty sure that hair grows an inch every 2 months. Thats what ive heard alot. It depends on the person too, some can grow alot faster than others.

maybe you always wear it in a pony tail? thats stops your hair growth because it's not good for your hair, when your in the shower pretty much like massage your head, it makes the roots grow faster.

well it depends on how many time you shampoo your hair only shampoo it every other day at the most and it also depends on how much vitamin D you are recieving-
