I got my hair cut above my shoulders & layered back in June or May. I DO NOT want to get it cut becuase i REALLY want it to grow out. Now, they layers are acting all wierd and puffing out, it looks horrible! I have very thin hair that is usually really stright exept for not its PUFFING out. Does anybody have any tip on how I can stop that? I straightning iron doesent even work.

However, I'd only style your hair when it's wet so that it styles easier and doesn't puff out. I'd also try switching your shampoo and conditioner. Maybe that's the problem. I would recommend any of the products from the new line of Herbal Essence hair care products. They work wonders for me, and sometimes I have the puffy hair problem too, especially when it's really hot out because I have really thick hair... Other then that, I'd see a hair stylist and see what she recommends, because a professional hair stylist is your best bet.
