Like me or not?
There's this guy who i've known for 2 years now...we are friends. He praised me only once, he poke fun at me when we talk or go out together...He stare at me sometimes and when i look at him then he'll be like "what?" and he'll turn away. The other day, we were playing truth or dare and i asked him if he like me and he said that i am nice, pretty and that's a good enough answer. The thing is he is not asking me out and i so want to go out with him...i want to have a long term relationship with him. Lately, we've been going out and stuff like friends but he kissed me...I like him as well but never told him. I don't know what to do. I want him to make the first move. You think i should tell him that i like him or not? I don't know why but i soooo want him to make the first move.

I think that you should tell him that you like him. He might not be making the first move because he's unsure of how you feel about him and doesn't want to embarass himself infront of you. He's dropping hints that he likes you and wants to go out but you're not really responding to it much. The next time you guys are hanging out or talking, tell him and see how things go from there. I'm sure only the best will happen.
