How do I get a debit card, like where do I go to get one? Does it cost anything to get one?

There is someone called myplash they have debit/master cards and you can be any age to get it and they also have celebs bands and pics on the card you dont have to be 18 or older to get one either if you are younger than 18 all you have to do is get your parents to help you the website to myplash cards is www.myplash.com. and you can even vote for the next card to be made
