I will be on my comuter and the task bar will disappear and then I have to shut off my computer using the ctrl+alt+ +delete button, why is it doing this?

That sometimes happens when the computer is really slow, or infected with malware. Follow this guide to speed it up, and remove malware:

To bring back the taskbar without restarting, press ctrl+alt+del. Then go to file>new task. Type:

explorer

and then click ok.
