When it feels like you peed in your pants, or like when it feels "gooey" down there, like white stuff in your underwear, does that mean you got turned on?
And when like a guy touches you, or grabs your butt or something, and your belly hurts, does that mean you got butterflies, or he turned you on? Sorry if this is gross..

If a boy is doing something to you that is turning you on, yes, there will be "gooey" stuff down there on your underwear. If no one is turning you on and you're still getting that "gooey" stuff, it's just discharge and it's normal.
