when you try to send friends stuff, or tag them in a note, is it possible to mass tag people all at once without like individually typing in the name because i dont know off the top of my head all the people i want to tag

No, you can't. It is the same thing as myspace- you cant give everyone the same comment. It makes me mad, but maybe they will allow it one of these days.
You can, like Jack said, just type in an A, or another letter, and a whole list should come up.

Unfortunately, I don't think you can tag everyone all at once for a "mass tag". You'll have to do it individually. If you type in "A", most people have an "A" in their name, and look at the entire list of people in the drop-down menu, and see all the people you want to tag, and make a mental list of them and make sure you get all of them tagged. Do the same with "E", "I", "O" and "U".
