i love him...but in what way?

there's a guy that i really really miss because he's in a different school than i am going to. i was wondering if you thought i like him or not...like i don't want to kiss him or anything...but i really really love him...maybe as a brother? What do you think? I'm 14 f. is it possible to have a crush on someone but not want to kiss them? Thanks.

Usually when someone likes them- it is composed of being attracted to them both physically and emotionally. The keyword there is "usually". If you really miss him, you obviously have some type of feelings toward him, whether it be lust, love, a crush, or whatever.
I think it IS possible to have a crush on someone without wanting to kiss them, as everyone is different in their wants/desires, but that is just my opinion.
