go somewhere where there really is a big open space... like a soccer field or a park. Bring someone with but make sure they arn't close by you.

Open your eyes and think of something that makes you really happy. Don't even think about the fact that you are scared of big open spaces... just remember something that makes you laugh and smile.

If it helps, bring something of your favorite. (fav. stuffed animal.... fav song etc.)

in case you do feel scared, go and tell that person and make them come a little bit closer. If you do get super duper scared, then bring your cell phone and maybe call someone and talk to your best friend.

friends always help when you're down.

main key-- start off small and work your way up

good luck!

PS: good for you for trying to get over your fears. Not many people have that ambition and courage. be brave and be proud for you.

Maybe go see a doctor. Or just go out to a field or something, and just sit there, and take big breathes. Do this daily, and maybe, hopefully, youll get over it. But make sure you take a cell phone with you, incase you get really scared and start to freak out, or make sure a friend is a yell away, not to close, but kinda far.. Hope I helped<3
