no, first off- he's not 18 yet-& when he does turn 18, if you're still dating then it's a pre-existing relationship& they can't do anything, like if you two have sex ect, the only way that you could get in trouble is if your mom had a problem, but since he's 18 he's a adult& his parents can't do anything, you're fine hun.
